Rates for a minimum of 16 guests, net hotel per person per day in a double room
for B&B (fully reinforced breakfast served “à la carte”) or HB.
- 10% VAT is included.
- Euro 4,00 city tax per person per night is excluded. The Taormina city tax applies only for the first 10 days, from the 11th day onwards not. Tour leaders, bus drivers, and children under 12 years are exempt from the city tax.
- The minimum stay is 2 days. Tour guide: free (1:20); third & fourth bed: 20% discount.
HB or FB includes full breakfast served a la carte at our hotel and lunch or dinner in a neighboring restaurant (150 mt). Or even in more restaurants, if you prefer not to offer the same restaurant each day.
We have a long experience with groups and will assist you with all details concerning transfers, excursions, local guides, restaurant reservations, activities, and local organizations.

Reservation terms and conditions:
- Net rates
- Rate per room, per night
- DSU: Reduction Euro 20/Night
- Minimum length of stay of 3 nights required
- No group arrivals or departures on a Sunday

- Taormina City tax: € 4,00 per person per night to be paid on the spot after departure by the tour leader/travel agency’s credit card/guest

Payment, deposit & cancellation conditions:
- After reconfirming in writing our terms and conditions, we will place the rooms in option, and we will send a pro forma, the amount will be communicated by e-mail.
- A non-refundable confirmation deposit by wire transfer covering the first night is required to confirm rooms within 48 hours.
- Reconfirmation of the final number of rooms with a rooming list within 30 days before the scheduled arrival
- Possibility to cancel up to a maximum of 1 of 5, 2 of 10, or 3 of 15 rooms without penalty, up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
- Prepayment (we will send a pro forma in due time) within 30 days prior to the group’s arrival
